Payment Policy
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD). Any applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown during checkout before payment. Standard shipping is free without a minimum order; Express is USD 15.00 where available.
Available payment methods
Use the payment methods actually presented for your order at checkout. Availability can depend on the device, location, currency and checkout eligibility. We do not list unconfirmed card brands, wallets or payment providers as enabled, and a footer icon alone does not establish availability.
Authorization and payment problems
A payment authorization or pending hold is not the same as a completed charge. A transaction may be declined or reviewed for fraud prevention. If a payment fails, check the information entered and contact your payment provider as appropriate. Contact us before repeatedly submitting an order if you suspect duplicate payment or an order confirmation is missing.
Payment security
We do not request your full card number, CVV, password or authentication code by email. Do not send those details to customer support. We do not request off-site bank transfers, cryptocurrency payments or payments to a personal account by email.
Recurring charges
No subscription or automatic-renewal term is added by this policy. Review the product and checkout information for the transaction you are authorizing.
Refunds
For an approved return, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 calendar days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account.
