Refund and Return Policy

Requesting a return

Request a return within 30 calendar days after the item is delivered. Contact us with your order number, the item involved and the reason for the request. Obtain return instructions before sending any goods.

Condition and problem items

For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, undamaged and include its accompanying accessories. Contact us about damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete items, or an item materially different from its description. Describe the problem and provide photographs when they would help us assess it. These conditions do not limit rights that applicable law does not allow us to waive.

Return label and costs

We bear the shipping cost of an eligible approved return and provide a prepaid return label with the correct return address. Do not return goods to the business correspondence address unless we expressly instruct you to do so. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you want another item, request an eligible return and place a separate order if the desired item remains available.

Refund method and timing

For an approved return, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 calendar days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account.

Before shipment and other questions

Contact us promptly to request cancellation or a change to an order. We will check its processing and shipment status before confirming what can be changed. Questions about a delayed refund should include the order number, without sending full card details.
