Tracking and address changes

When tracking information is available for your shipment, use it to follow the delivery. Contact us promptly if an address needs correction or if tracking is missing or unclear. We will check the order’s status before confirming whether a change can be made.

Delays and delivery problems

If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will notify you and offer the choice of accepting a revised shipping time or canceling for a prompt refund. Contact us about a lost, damaged, misdelivered or apparently missing shipment, including the order number and any relevant tracking details.
