These terms apply to the baggggu online store at https://baggggu.com. baggggu is an independent online retailer. We do not claim to manufacture the products offered or to be affiliated with or endorsed by a third-party brand unless an individual product page expressly states otherwise.
Using the store
Provide accurate information when ordering or contacting us and use the store lawfully. You are responsible for safeguarding any account credentials you use. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, submit fraudulent information or use the store in a way that violates another person’s rights.
Products, descriptions and orders
Review the selected item, options, dimensions, materials and included pieces shown on the product page before ordering. Product photos may show styling or context; only items identified as included form part of the purchase. Where information is missing or unclear, ask us before ordering. Placing an order is subject to acceptance, payment processing and fulfillment. If an item is unavailable or an error materially affects the order, we may contact you, correct the error or cancel and refund the affected order as applicable.
Prices and payment
The current selling price, selected options, taxes and shipping charges must be reviewed at checkout. Payment methods are those presented for the order. See the Payment Policy. We may correct pricing or description errors, but this does not remove rights that applicable law provides to a consumer.
Delivery, cancellation and returns
The Shipping Policy explains delivery estimates and charges, and the Refund Policy explains the 30-calendar-day return request period, prepaid eligible returns and refunds. Contact us promptly to request an order change or cancellation. If shipment is delayed beyond the promised time, we will notify you and offer acceptance of a revised time or cancellation for a prompt refund.
Third-party materials and intellectual property
Product names, brand names and other third-party marks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance identifies the products and does not by itself establish a commercial affiliation or endorsement. Links to external care or material information lead to third-party resources; review the terms and privacy information of those sites when you choose to visit them.
Privacy and consumer rights
The Privacy Policy explains personal information handling and available privacy choices. These terms do not treat a policy link or use of the store as consent to nonessential cookies or personalized advertising. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable U.S. federal or state law.
